Due to the nature of alcoholic products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

However, if your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us and we’ll make it right.

Damaged Goods

If your parcel arrives damaged:

Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery

Email us with:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the damaged product and packaging

Once assessed and approved, we will:

Provide a free return shipping label with tracking (re-printable)

Arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty product or the incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible. Once confirmed:

We will cover all return shipping costs

A tracked, re-printable return label will be supplied

A replacement or refund will be issued promptly

Products must be unopened and in their original condition unless damage occurred in transit

We reserve the right to refuse a refund or replacement if damage occurred after delivery or due to improper handling

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless required under the Consumer Guarantees Act
