About Sip Distilling Co.
Our name, SIP Distilling Co. is a nod to where it all began – Sipping Gin at a family or friends gathering, on a warm sunny day.
Born out of a passion for gin, SIP Distillery Co. was founded in 2022 by owner and head distiller Caci Kendall, with the help from her partner Warren.
Over 5 years of developing and creating their own gins in their small garage, Caci and her partner decided to take their passion to the next level and go bigger. In 2022 they went on to purchase their first 100 Liter column copper still, and so SIP Distilling Co. was born.
Besides being self-taught, Caci went on to study distilling courses and explore different botanicals, processes and the chemistry behind making good handcrafted spirits. Caci's ultimate goal is just to make a good tasting authentically handcrafted spirits, that can be enjoyed by all.
SIP Distilling Co. is truly 100% Handcrafted, completely run by Caci alone, from fermentations to distilling, bottling, labeling, branding and marketing, all is done in our distillery. Making us a true testament to handcrafted spirits!
SIP Distilling Co. has been a real labor of love and passion for Caci and her partner Warren, but it is truly our family and friends, that has made it all come together.
