Purple Shimmer Gin Aviation

When it comes to classic gin cocktails, the Aviation is a must-try. With flavours of cherry, violet and lemon this vibrant, purple cocktail is the ultimate sweet-but-tart, floral and fruity cocktail. With the addition to of our Shimmer Gin, it adds that extra bit of luxury to this timeless cocktail.

INGREDIENTS

FOR ONE COCKTAIL

• 45 mL SIP Purple Shimmer Gin
• 15 mL Maraschino Liqueur
• 15 mL Creme de Violette
• 30 mL lemon Juice
• 1 cup (250 mL) ice
• Lemon Slice or Edible Flowers

For two cocktails just double up the ingredients.

DIRECTIONS

Add your ice to your cocktail shaker. Add gin, Maraschino Liqueur, Creme de Violette and Lemon Juice. Give it a good shake. Then strain into a cocktail glass and garnish.
